Charge of Murder or Wounding with intent by stopping an Ambulance/Fire Engine on route.

Additional Information

Anyone (following Riot incidents) who stops an Ambulance or Fire Engine from doing their duty, and as a result individual/s either lose their life or get seriously wounded - Charge to be Murder or Wounding with intent. Because if the Ambulance or Fire Engine had got there on time could have resulted in lives being saved or any serious wounds being inflicted. This should also result hopefully as a deterrent. Ambulances / Fire Ambulances should have cameras installed front, back or other strategic place to catch culprits.
