referendum to approve the outcome of negotiations with the EU.
On 23rd June 2016, a majority of UK voters approved the option to leave the EU within two years. UK voters should be invited in a second referendum to approve the outcome of HM Government's negotiations with the EU. Should a majority refuse these terms, the UK should stay in the EU.
