if you are on either of these benefits and work less than 16 hours per week the majority of earnings is taken off your benefits, so why is it if this extra income is carers allowance is it not the same? they keep all of it, the taxpayer is keeping these people on these benefits surely they have the time to do this caring, often it is for a family member, so family values should be enough for them to care. when living on state benefits this is a lot of extra income,it appears to be a loophole used by many claiming these benefits. we need this government to change it,so this is classed as income to those who dont work.
