Deputy Prime minister post alongside Primeminister & one of them must be a woman

According to 2011 census the UK population was estimated 31 million men and 32.2 million women. By a women in such a key post by law will bring equality and fairness in politics and businesses - women think, work and decide differently - having women's contribution will enhance government polices.

Additional Information

Out of 650 MPs there are 191 women although their representation is improving, they are still often a long way from getting to the highest posts. Studies at Stanford US and University of Chicago have found that districts served by female legislators are at a distinct advantage over those represented by men. Women are actually more inclined towards more modern leadership, which is collaborative problem-solving, enabling, consultative, and not just trying to assert a kind of hierarchical power.
