If the EU referendum isn't legally binding, Parliament should make the decision
The EU referendum question is a huge decision for the UK. Following the close result the level to which the public were misinformed has emerged.
Responsibility for such a momentous decision should not be left to the public.
Put the final decision to a vote in Parliament instead.
