Continued Ability to Drive.
All Driving licence holders should be made re-sit a driving ability test to demonstrate their ability to continue to drive on our very busy roads. The test would be sat every ten years after passing the basic driving test.Those failing would be required to seek professional guidance to take them to the standard to retain their driving licence.
