Fair road tax for all.

Additional Information

It seems totally unfair that some new cars do not need road tax because of their emission's, although some are larger than ones which have to be taxed. These cars still break up the road surface, which in itself leads to more emission's from the vehicles carrying out the repairs. Would it therefore not be fairer to tax these vehicles at least £50.00 per annum and reduce others accordingly.
