Deem 23/6/16 EU Referendum void due to Electoral Commission failures.
There is evidence that material inaccurate and misleading statements were made during the 23/6/16 EU Referendum, and the Electoral Commission failed to correct the impact and understanding of these statements.
Examples:
* Ipsos MORI poll 11-14th June 2016 of 1,250 adults: 49% believed claims of saving £350 per week
* Complaints and legal action for misleading use of logos e.g. Nissan, Unilever in support of 'Leave'. Not dealt with appropriately.
* Misleading statements from Daniel Hannam MEP about immigration. Not dealt with.
* Inappropriate allowance and weighting for expert advice versus throwaway counterclaim.
* Failure to chastise or correct understanding of "6 untruths" as 'Remain' campaign complained about.
