MOBILITY SCOOTERS

Additional Information

I propose that all mobility scooters are subject to road tax, insurance and abide by the highway code.

These mobility scooter drivers can be dangerous and if they cause an accident they are not insured. They use the roads and do not at the moment abide by the highway code and generally ride on the wrong side of the road.
