Parliament must vote not to invoke Article 50 of the 2009 Lisbon Treaty
The result of the EU Referendum is advisory only. The Leave Campaign was potentially misleading. The likely consequences, including the possible secession from UK of Scotland, will be irreversible. The result is so close that it ought not to be acted upon.
