Want to boost the economy? CUT VAT. Want to help out lots of working men and women and families? CUT VAT. Want to help create jobs? CUT VAT. This petition requests that the coalition government have a temporary 6 month VAT cut to 5% prior to the 2012 Olympics and to consider a possible sooner cut to 10% before 2011 is out.
