David Lammy to resign as MP following his comments to ignore referendum.
Labour MP David Lammy has called on Parliament to "stop this madness" and to vote against the referendum decision to leave the EU. This is against the will of the people who voted to leave the EU and as a public servant he should abide with what the majority wants following a democratic process.
