Change the means of registration and voting to include secure electronic methods
The method of voting has not changed since the 18th century and as such is not fit for purpose in the 21st century. The use of digital mechanisms must be considered to ensure the franchise is open to all registered voters. The mechanism for casting a vote must include a technology based solution.
