Camera operated PCN's should be stopped

Additional Information

Gone are the days when a friendly ticket warden could patrol the streets of London, proud of the service he provided to local areas.
PCN's issued by camera operators are unjust, they do not take into account the random nature of traffic. Appealing is pointless and the cost is excessive.
