The Conservative Party leadership (incumbent or incoming) is to make good on the Vote Leave campaign's statements and pledge our gross EU contribution - repeatedly stated as £350 million/week by Mr Johnson - to fund public services, namely the NHS, once our departure from the EU is finalised
