Put the final deal on withdrawal from the EU to a referendum when it is agreed
The recent referendum agreed in principle that the UK should withdraw but the precise terms of withdrawal were unclear. The decision was made without knowing the UK's future position on key questions such as access to the single market. A final decision should only be made when the facts are known.
