Declare the EU referendum invalid for misrepresentation by the Leave campaign
As a result of the referendum, each UK citizen will lose their existing right to live, study and work in EU countries.
Key claims made by the Leave campaign, and relied on by voters, have since been denied.
So the result should be invalid because it was based on misrepresentations.
Because of the direct impact of the referendum on individual's rights, politicians in the referendum campaign owed a duty of care to ensure that the claims they made were capable of substantiation.
