Petition Action

Make voting in general elections compulsory

Petition Details

England would benefit from having Compulsory voting made legal, including an abstention vote, in this way England has an exact result, not an average, or iffy vote because people can't be bothered.

Additional Information

Australia made compulsory voting in 1972, we should follow their lead.
