Ban the Hoodies
Because the Bhurka has now been banned in several Countries, and that is a purely Religious Symbol, would it not be possible to restrict the use of hooded garments and masks when the only or main use of these garments is to conceal the identity of the wearers. Most of the Rioters were wearing them
