Business Start-Up Scheme- Bank Loans

Additional Information

The government should institute a bank loan scheme for start-ups. This would be 100% guarantee on the bank loan up to £1 million.

Banks currently will not lend without a huge amount of collateral and is holding this country back.

A 100% government loan guarantee would redress the balance.
