Call for non-referendum voters to vote.
As we know, 17,410,742 people voted for UK to leave the EU, and 16,141,241 voted to remain. That leaves 12,931,817 eligible voters who DID NOT vote, and we all know that this could make a huge difference.
Let's call for a request for all non-voters to submit their vote.
"Counting Officers have verified that a total of 33,568,184 ballot papers will be included in the count for the referendum. Based on a confirmed electorate of 46,500,001, turnout at the referendum was 72.2 percent," the watchdog said. - http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2016/06/23/high-turnout-for-eu-referendum-vote-could-break-uk-records/

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action. You could start a new petition calling for a second referendum in which only people who did not vote on 23 June were eligible to vote, if that's what you would like to happen.
