Make the eu referendum legal and binding and not eligible for a second vote.
The eu vote had been decided fairly. Everybody had a chance to vote. The vote was fair and legal, all the rules were met at the time of the vote. You cannot change the rules after the event to suit your beliefs.
The referendum vote is legal and binding.
