Have the EU referendum for 28.8% that didn't vote, teens & British residents.

Petition Details

Only a quarter (26.74%) of Britain voted to LEAVE the EU. 28.8% registered voters, millions who couldn't register, 16-17 year old Brits, and UK residents, have had no say. Democracy is not a privilege of the few, and the EU referendum is incomplete and invalid currently & it must be completed.
