Make the EU Referendum a legal requirement to vote as per the last Census.
The government makes it a legal reauirement to respond to a Census. We find it difficult to understand why a decision of this magnitude is not given the same status. Thus, we believe that this has been an oversight of the Government when proposing the afore-mentioned.
