In a 2nd EU referendum, give a vote to EU citizens living in the UK

Petition Details

UK citizens living in the EU, and EU citizens living in the UK, are the most affected by a Brexit. Many of this group have never applied for a UK resp. EU passport, as they didn't had to, as allied in the EU. Its against fairness that the most affeted people had no say in 1st Referendum.
