MP and Council Salaries linked to minimum wage and upper bounded by the Prime Minister's salary
The salaries of civil servants should never be higher than the Prime Minister's salary and the salary of the Primer minister should be a multiple of the minimum wage so an increase of his salary would benefit the poorest as well.
