Increase aid for EU countries and stop aid to non EU countries

Additional Information

We should do more to help EU countries rather than sending aid to non EU countries.

In Romania for example there are large numbers of young children living on the streets. There are also newborn babies being brought up on the streets.

We must stop poverty in Europe before helping other parts of the world.
