taking a low paid job job on benefit (top up to benefit)

Additional Information

If a person on benefit takes a job that pays less than they are receiving on benefits then the money should be topped up to the level they were getting prior to taking the job.
This will save tax payers money, reduce unemployment and give the person experience in the work place and greater self esteem.
