if the remain or leave vote is =>51% there should not be another referendum.
In light of recent EU referendum and subsequent backlash from those that refuse to accept that democracy has prevailed and wish to change rules my proposal is that any majority such as 51% or more should be counted as a majority vote and upholdable.
