Signing this E-Petition makes your opinion clear that the United Kingdom Must Re-Instate Capital
Punishment with Forensic Technology in such an amazing position an innocent person would not be hanged today due to technology.

The government should Re-instate it and carry out Capital Punishment on convicts with a sentence of over 15 Years for extreme crimes.
