If Bremain win a 2nd referendum, it's only fair that it's a best out of 3.
It doesn't really need much explaining this one.
Basically if Bremain get a second referendum and win, that makes the result a draw, with the score being one a piece.
Isn't it only fair that it's a best out of three?
(Unless it's a Bremain win, then it's best out of five)
