Repeal 15 year eligibility voting rule to UK Citizens in EU & re-run referendum.
UK citizens have made their homes in the EU based on access to public services under the reciprocal arrangements the EU brings. The UK has been in the EU for 40+ years. The 15 year rule is perverse and has served to disenfranchise UK citizens from this important vote. My brother is one of them.
