MPs to have final vote on EU membership due to low 4% referendum result margin.
The country is very divided about the 4% minority result, but many have stressed that they didn't feel informed enough to judge. On both sides, people have expressed regret at their choice. MPs are better placed to judge and now also have the referendum result and its fallout to aid their decision.
