rehabilitation of offenders act to include prison sentenses of over 3 years if not reoffended for 15 years or more

Additional Information

at the moment the rehabilition of offenders act does not include offences which resulted in a prison sentence of over 3 years and is on for life ,any offence except sex offences should be removed after 15 years if not reoffended,everybody deserves a second chance
