Hold a referendum on whether there should be another EU referendum
Most people think the parliament petition to hold another EU referendum is ridiculous. If a second referendum were to take place it would defeat the very purpose of democracy and undermine the 51% of the electorate that made an educated decision to leave the EU. This must be stopped
Before an undemocratic decision is made to hold a second referendum, it is first necessary to find out public opinion on whether there should indeed be one. Government is suppose to represent people, it had done that. Let the decision stand.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
There's already a petition about this issue. We cannot accept a new petition when we already have one about a very similar issue.
You are more likely to get action on this issue if you sign and share a single petition.
