Introdcue corporal punishment such as flogging to eliminate overcrowding in prisons

Additional Information

As prisons are so clarly overcrowded and expensive to run, whilst at the same time providing an atmosphere of success and comfort to the inmates, flogging would be a far greater deterrent to soft and petty crimes they are being locked up for.

So, rather than send repeat criminals and young offenders to cushy cells with play stations, TV's and other luxury items they so clearly do not deserve, flog them instead, where the pain will be felt and remembered.
