There should be a 2nd Referendum to confirm popular desire to leave the EU.
Given the magnitude of the decision to leave the EU the vagueness of action suggested in the original Referendum and subsequent consequences and information there should be a 2nd Referendum prior to the invocation of Article 50 to confirm that that is the desire of the majority of the UK population.
