Remove VAT from Vet Practices

Additional Information

I would like the government to exempt all veterinary practices from VAT.
The majority of people with pets have difficulty paying vet bills without the added taxation enforced through VAT.
If VAT cannot be removed, then reducing it to 5% would be a great help.
