Petition to prevent wasting taxpayer's money for a second referendum on Brexit
On the 24th June 2016 the UK Electorate voted in favour of leaving the European Economic Community (EEC). This was a democratically decided decision and should not be subject to a second vote at the expense of the British Taxpayer.
The will of the people should be respected. This is what the vote was for. A 52% majority is clearly a will of the people. A runner up should not have a second chance to overturn a decision. This would fundamentally undermine our democracy.
