BRING BACK 'EDUCATION MAINTENANCE GRANT' OLD CRITERIA (PRE 2010)
THE RIOTS ARROUND THE COUNTRY ARE A SIGN THAT THE 'POOR YOUTH' OF THIS COUNTRY ARE BEING LEFT ON 'THE SCRAP HEAP' WITH NO CHANCE OF ESCAPING THE 'POOR PATH'......ie no prospects of bettering themselves. PLEASE PLEASE SEE SENCE AND OFFER A FARE SYSTEM TO EDUCATE 'all the counties youth' not just the chosen few!!!!!!
