Ensure a free vote in Parliament to decide whether to trigger Article 50
The recent referendum was advisory with a close result. This is a huge decision with many, many consequences that are rapidly becoming clear. This needs measured debate and a calm hand, in particular as we effectively do not have a Prime Minister.
