cancer treatments
due to the fact that there are many adverts and government health warnings saying that smoking causes cancer have been around for over 10 year. those that take up smoking after a curtain period should pay for their own cancer treatment if it is proved that it was contributed by smoking, this would ease the pressure of the health service.
