my daughter accidently got her mobile phone wet when she was on holiday we decided to claim on our contents insurance as we had accidental cover.After we made the claim we were told it was not covered by the insurance as it not covered because it got wet. if it was accidentally dropped it would have been ok how many other people have been declined by the insurance companies. The goverment needs to get insurance companies to change the legislation as the insurance companies policies are miss leading on the accidental cover
