Consider that the results of the ref. do not bind the government to leave the EU
The recent referendum on UK membership in the EU threatens national unity as Scotland manifested strongly against leaving. As this consequence is more serious than merely beginning negotiations over article 50, parliament shall enact legislation making the result not binding.
