If Scotland holds an independence referendum the UK should hold a second EU vote
Scotland's First Minister has stated a second (Scottish) independence referendum is an option that is "very much on the table". The decision to leave the EU applied to the whole of the UK as of the 23rd June, a Scottish vote to secede from the UK would therefore make this impossible to implement.
