Force BT to start upgrading its phone lines
Many of us could receive higher broadband speeds for the money we are paying, but we are being held back by a monopoly that BT has on the telephone infrastructure. We need BT to have a replacement program that befits the 21st Century.
I could buy 20Mb/s internet, my line can only handle 5Mb/s but I'm paying the same money!
We are all being held back by a company that makes billions profit every year and holds all the aces.
