Parliament must vote to decide if Article 50 should be invoked.
Many people regret their leave vote. The result was very close. Many people feel misled and now wish to change their vote to remain. Many people wanted to register a protest vote and did not realise the consequences. MPs in a parliamentary democracy are best placed to make these complex decisions.
