Scottish citizens residing abroad to have a vote within IndyRef 2
In the previous independence referendum it was not possible for Scottish citizens residing abroad to take part in any vote.
There has been a number of studies which suggestion that not being allowed a vote disenfranchises those who will be impacted by such a decision.
