Reintroduce dog licenses

Additional Information

In order to improve the dog control and dog fouling situation, dog licenses should be reintroduced at a rate of £50 per year to pay for the cost of enforcing pick up. This would bring in a vast amount of tax considering the number of dogs. Dog licenses were the only tax never to have gone up in a hundred and fifty years, and were abolished as the charges too low to pay the cost of admin.
Dogs would have to be chipped and recorded on the license
