EU REFERENDUM - PARLIAMENT ONLY SHOULD DECIDE.Peoples vote advisory only.
We the undersigned urge the UK Parliament to make the decision about remaining or leaving the EU. The referendum on 23/6/16 is only advisory. 38% of the 46 million registered to vote in the referendum is NOT a mandate to leave. IT MUST BE PARLIAMENTS DECISION
